| On this day the pack put on a super show. There were eight hunters and 34 cotton tails killed. My dog Sussie and Jame's Big Dog jumped 21 rabbits by theirselves. |
Above we hunted in the hatchie bottoms where a dog that's not scared of water and thick briers is mandatory. We killed a total of 12 swamp rabbits. |

| This day we hunted on the hills and bottoms. The dogs had to chase swamp rabbits across frozen and muddy creeks. There were 8 swamps and 4 cotton tails. |
